If you haven't bought anything, that cap is $100. To the fullest extent the law allows, the Company and its suppliers aren't liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages (including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, personal injury, privacy loss, or problems with third-party software or hardware used with the Service) even if the Company was warned this could happen and even if the remedy doesn't work as intended.

The Service comes to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" with all its faults and problems. Governing Law & Disputes Resolution

These Terms and your use of the Service are governed by the laws of the Country, not including its conflict of law rules. Compliance & Regulations

For European Union (EU) Users: If You are a European Union consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which You are resident. United States Legal Compliance: You represent and warrant that (i) You are not located in a country that is subject to the United States government embargo, or that has been designated by the United States government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and (ii) You are not listed on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Severability and Waiver

If any part of these Terms turns out to be unenforceable or invalid, that part gets modified to work as much as possible under the law, and everything else stays in effect. If someone doesn't exercise a right or enforce an obligation under these Terms, that doesn't mean they lose the ability to do so later. Waiving one breach doesn't mean waiving future ones.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We may have translated these Terms and made them available on our Service. In any dispute, the original English version takes precedence. We can modify or replace these Terms whenever we want. If it's a significant change, we'll try to give you at least 30 days' notice before the new terms kick in.
